Gonna need at least 2.5 million shares to get there on settlement. Billy Boy will not risk his investment once the numbers get to $500 million. That is as far as a settlement number will go. Only if the Cisco 13 play hardball, is the only way this case sees a courtroom.
Then the numbers could get out of control for the 13, so $400-500 million will be on the table before that, IMO.
