Good read on the guy who fought the Terrestar BK plan. If you do a comparison I would say the Fibertower BK attempt at swindle is at least 100X more egregious but the circumstances leading to righting the wrong where unsecured creditors and shareholders are given a fair share have 100X greater chances than Terrestar. New Fibertower has essentially sat in limbo along with the licenses ever since BK.
