You can see the details of that in the filings, they paid about 1.5 M for Big Red and that has already been taking care of with the cash and bank loans.

I know that there is a monthly payment agreement as well, not much about $6k per month. By the amount diluted today it seems that that's what it was. about 1.5 M shares issued on or around August 1st I suspect.

This is not a big dilution, Also towards the end of the day the MM had the chance to sell additional shares at 55,54 and 53 level but they didn't, that tells me there were not that many shares to dilute or they would have continued all day.

That's my opinion anyway and I'm still holding very tight!
