Hah! Well I just looked up what full contingency means in a court of law. Interesting because Ropes and Gray was what last year? 73 and 0 in court cases settled successfully? If a fully contingency is being applied than my guess is Ropes and Gray is darn sure they're going to win and is making SFOR pay accordingly by playing this game to their tune.

That could be part of why our net loss is growing per quarter at a good clip. That doesn't concern me though. We want such a law firm on our side. No matter the cost. My 2 cents.

Edit: Although I say that tongue in cheek. I'd prefer no contingency as well. Obviously.
