Vivint had deals with Fibertower too, and is listed in the spectrum competitive inventory of the AT&T deal - I recall, and have seen in the ULS documents also. For what it matters, at least there doesn't seem to be that much difference between the Straight Path and AT&T applications on this particular issue being relatively equal. Does it sound like the Vivint connection faded?

Otherwise the Ex Pate translates that these were face to face meetings, with only Linda Ray joining in on the telephone.
