It's not even the dilution I have a problem with, it's that Rich can't tell us where and what it is being used for. If its for marketing and shipping product and keeping distribution going then fine. If its because of the debt/note holders then fine...just tell us that. If its for paying for things for unrelated business expenses then that is a problem.
