yes, just saw that, not happy about it and I'm not sure why they would need it or want to do that right now.

Only 1.3 M and they did not push the stock down all the way

we need more communication from the CEO to clear this up, IMO

Just on a side note: they always say dilution even when there is none, they just got lucky today :/ Take look at their posts.
