I would be surprised if this is dilution, I think the new market maker MBIC is scaring a few people into selling their shares and that putting pressure on the stock a little today.
Also MBIC has moved up its ask price a couple of times today and in my opinion, he would not do that if he was diluting, if he is then he is doing it in a very responsible way and doesn't have that much to dump any way.
Just my opinion, lets see how it plays out
