On 8/31 Chanbond responds to Cisco's response in the IPR appeal. After this date the dates where things happen get closer together I believe. We'll start getting something every 3 weeks I believe.

In 8/31 response Chanbond is to basically state why Cisco's response doesn't really prove anything and state again why the patent is still valid against their claims. Cisco didn't come with much and they have a month to make it look stupid so it should be a very strong statement.
