Markiff - do you think they will single out CBD (as it's already legal according to the ninth circuit court ruling back in 2003, because of that ruling; IF IT IS MADE FROM SEED AND/STALK) making CBD excluded from the CSA?

Will they include both HEMP & CANNABIS?

They have intentionally made this so complicated, the bottom line is - LEGALIZATION is the first step to reducing the costs of pharmaceuticals, which will be a HUGE step in making our healthcare system more affordable (TRUMP NEED'S TO LOOK AT THIS FROM THIS PERSPECTIVE). It's a simple game of connect the dots at this point, only problem is, the government knows how much safer this really is compared to the real Schedule I Drugs.

A new bill in the Senate introduced by senator Cory Booker would not just end the federal prohibition of marijuana, but encourage states to legalize pot as well.

The bill, proposed by Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) on Tuesday, would remove marijuana from the federal scheduling system, which is the basis for its federal criminalization. That isn’t new in the Senate; Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), for one, also put forward a bill that would deschedule marijuana back in 2015.
