They may not announce that CHS is shipped out as the company stated recently that NDAs ( non-disclosures agreements have been signed ) and also that some partnerships may not allow for public disclosures as stated in the recent questions for shareholders. On the other hand the company may be able to simply announce that CHS has been shipped to undisclosed customers or perhaps some customers allow public disclosure at this point of testing the materials. I'm confident that CHS will and may have already been shipped out to some customers since they said the company said they were confident CHS would go out in August.
