Things like this underline the crap shoot on projecting science and a decent trial into certainty of approval and stockholder reward. I love the AMRN EPA science and all the related studies, but its still up to a chosen few as to what happens with our future $$.

One FDA "supreme court justice" can derail the odds of approval.
