Huh?

1) The judge has absolutely nothing to do with SEC current
2) The hearing is about revocation only
3) Filing of documents would have zero impact on the revocation. It is like arguing with a policeman that one does not deserve a speeding ticket because they aren't currently speeding.
4) The company has stated under oath that they can't afford to file.
