I smell either a buyout or an agreement with Keough.

The buyout because VDRM market cap is $2.5M and that is really low for just the intangible property alone. (Maybe this is the reason for walking down the PPS).

Possible deal with Keough. Keough was in the plans for the original company until he dropped the ball, according to the court docs.

Maybe big sales contracts. We'll know sooner or later, they'll pen an agreement.

I waited this long I can wait a little longer.
