You think if Kay was worried about the FINS after, say the end of the year, he would be lining UP to be taking a low ball offer?? To pay the bills?? But he hasn't.... sooooooo?

That means 1 of 2 things..... Either Kay is a complete moron (I know I opened that up for bashers hahah) or the more logical conclusion is, he KNOWS they have big contracts signed and are waiting to get paid so they can wait out all of these infringement cases as long as it takes to get the BIGGEST results.
