I would SPECULATE that they thought they had a deal for the entire $11M convert note that was due weeks prior to that email, but the other side only came through with $7.5M of it. Leaving NWBO scrambling for the rest.

Now the plot thickens though.

The last $5M was taken by Four M. So does that imply Four M was the "double crosser"?

Of course one might also wonder if Less is scamming Jon. He said they would pay once they had cash. They raised cash. Did not pay. Then Jon ends up suing, and Les does not even show.
