i agree with Dragnet here. We need to put aside our guessing game with revenues. We have no evidence that SFOR products are being used commercially. HSN, amazon, etc, wont give us the numbers we need.

What we can bank on are settlements. Its how our civil system works. We will see settlements ranging from 10 Mn on. We have 3 close to settlement and another four being litigated that could also settle. One of the infringers might even be so dumb to take it all the way. They will lose. the award could be massive.

so for now, we are a lawsuolit play with a lot of law suits in play and more coming. This is not a bad situation.
