KAY CONFIRMS R/S in Latest Interview

In Kay's latest interview on the state of SFOR he goes on to say that all the deals and new revenues may not materialize by the end of the year and thus an R/S +dilution is now on the table to keep the company afloat while they wait for lawsuit outcomes.
