Let me take a wild guess, unless there is consistent news and some solid retail buying the charts mean zero. This stock has and will sit at these levels because for some reason there is just a churn in the market. It spins and spins and spins at these levels because there is no constant buying pressure by the retail side to push through the wall. The points of resistance by the small buyers who are making money on a tenth of a penny will not allow this to move and nor has the company spurred the market with game changing news to help the movement. The news is solid but not mind blowing enough to really push the market. That's a wild guess!
