No, I have not contacted the three purportedly independent Board members. I do agree with you that they will no doubt not be very useful. As I previously indicated, two of these Board members, Clifford A. Selsky and Paul Akin were appointed to the Board effective March 3, 2016, not elected by the shareholders. And three guesses as to the person that appointed them.

I will attempt to obtain each of their e-mail addresses and make contact with the three.
