There is no question in anybody's mind that Noreen is not the right CEO. So the question is - if it's so obvious she's bad, why does the board keep her?
Does the board understand Noreen is a horror show? In my opinion, they do understand it and that is the VALUE of having such a bad CEO in the first place. She demotes the company. And she's definitely the right person for that job. And that's the boards objective, to orchestrate a "Dump and Pump". They want her there for the time being. If they didn't want her there, she'd already be gone.

In my opinion, Noreen will be canned as soon as sales begin. Just my opinion, and hope. I could easily be wrong. That alone would send the stock soaring though and the board knows it. IMO.
