Sounds very intriguing but I am not a financial advisor nor do I place clients into stocks so your speculation is simply not possible? Where do people get their information from?

Could it possibly be that VirTra has significant growth plans that cannot be funded by current cash and cash-flow? It would seem to me that this is the more logical answer then some person nefariously wanting to acquire control or a large block of stock. In case you haven't noticed for the past 4 months it has not been difficult to buy stock!!!!

Why don't you wait and see what the company's explanation is later this week.
