The seller(s) we've thought we've been seeing lately could be MR affiliates. Their stock options vested on June 1. Their exercise price was $1.36, so anybody selling makes a quick 50%.

It could also easily be insiders, such as BOD, who get stock options.

The employees should be happy, profit sharing of about $225k.
