It most likely is an easy 5 to 10 million dollar win, but the key will be determining the exact number of shares that can be attributed to the conversions, and indirect dilution. Add in lost opportunity and the shareholders of Cowan will personally be looking at some big dough.

The insurance carrier is loaded, but they might be looking at tens of millions.

Like most class actions, the attorney makes a ton. But depending on how many past and present shareholders join it is possible that this could be a big win for shareholders.

I wonder how many more run of the mill lawsuit statements will be made after November...LOL
