Another scam I followed, announced a ticker change, and then a divy in the form of restricted shares. But they set no time frame. Or maybe it was the other way around. There followed many months of almost there with the ticker change. By the time the ticker change finally got done, the divy mechanics were set up, the scammers had their scam angle setup, featuring a LOI to buy a dilapidated pilot oil refinery.
It was a race to the finish line, with the SHs all excited after they got their divy shares. Shortly thereafter the insiders (Chinese) disappeared to the Gobi desert on a long vacation. Don't know what happened if anything thereafter.
It did show, Microcrap scam Marks get really excited over a ticker change. And they do somersaults if the scammers throw in a divy of restricted shares. It costs the scammers nothing. As you suggest the scammers get a pop to dump into.
