The RS will not be based on uplisting. If you believe that, you're very naive.

What king of RS would you expect at this price to get uplisting?

How about a 1 for 20 shares at this price level. As soon as that happened, there would be a huge short position being established. Secondly, he would have to float more stock to meet the min cash requirements.

I think you need to take a look at the total expenses and especially their SG&A costs. Tomorrow will tell a lot.
