Yes, almost certainly there will be future stock offerings to raise funds for the company.

However, with our current position and recent addition of highly skilled financial and business strategists, I do not see this happening near term.

As we still have approximately 4 million in cash, as well as money coming back from Morf and Jaguar, we will be able to continue operations for the forseeable future.

Also to maintain NASDAQ requirements and keep the interest of institutional investors, it's best avoid dilution until the time is right.

I believe management would wait until a few large contracts come in, and our valuation is at least $25 million or so before raising more funds.

Also, since the increase is only to 30 million, and if all shares are exercised, 4.5 million would be issued and outstanding.

Given the presumption the merger occurs and shares are distributed to all companies involved, it would leave little room for an offering, as the company wouldn't want to allow for another to purchase 51% as the predicament we are in now.

So at most 15 million total issued still wouldn't be too large of a dilution, and if timed correctly wouldn't dilute us past current levels.

I don't think any of sigma management wants us to hang around this 10million valuation, hence the great strides to grow the company exponentially thru mergers and collaborations as well as continued addition of contracts by the handful every quarter.
