Yes indeed. We had a run to .05 just for a (at that time frame) non factual backed statement. Even the land acquisition doesn't seem to be as major of a factor as getting the permits.

Then of course you have groundbreaking. Wow, that will send it way up. Then there is the announcement that they are moving towards uplisting, in what part of the timeline this occurs is anyone's guess, but it will definitely help the pps. Strategically, I think after groundbreaking would give the pps the extra little boost.

1. Permits .10-.25?
2. Uplisting .50-$1.00?
3. Groundbreaking $1.50?
OR
1. Do permits move this above .10-.25?
2. Groundbreaking above .50-75?
3. Uplisting over a dollar?
I'am basing this on pure speculation and the past price movements. Uplisting gives us a whole new set of investors. If this was a pump and dump, he should have shot for that first to give it more legitimacy!
