Dear Shareholders,

This is just a quick note to update on our latest developments. First of all, this is unscheduled and a little premature, but with all the emails and chatter, I just wanted to attempt to eliminate all the drama and nonsense that is being posted and I hope that we can at least give our new guys a shot at this. The new CEO's name is William, I'm not printing his full name and/or contact information until we finish with all the filings and exchanges with the attorneys the state and etc.... Then we will do a formal introduction. I will be briefing him on the filing details, and once again would ask for everyone to calm down and let him have a shot at the helm. William is a professional who comes highly recommended and experienced in our market segment. However, he comes from a private company realm and is not experienced in the OTC Markets and Public arena. I'm optimistic that we can have him start with as little drama and attacks as possible. In the meantime, I've filled out my resignations and the BOD resolutions for the new CEO . We are still on track to have him on board by the end of next week, and to file the updates with OTC by end of August.
