You call them "dummy corporations", "straw parties", "dummy addresses", and an "assumed name"...

But another way to say exactly the same thing is that they are "satellite businesses", run by "family friends" at their "personal residences", one of who's name is misspelled.

You try to make everything in this company sound sinister, but what I see is more incompetence than anything else... And I think even that term is too harsh...

It just looks like a guy with big plans, who wants to involve his family and friends, and who is learning how to put together his small business as he goes.
