There's nothing inherently crooked about wanting to run a small family business using people who are related to you and close
to you

This has nothing to do with the structure of Joshua Clark's seven corporations! One does not have to set up dummy corporations, with dummy addresses, and "straw parties" listed as the principle officers to set-up "real" family businesses! Hell, one of the "listed" principle officers is actually an assumed name! One has to wonder if the "claimed" principle officers even know they are listed with the California Secretary of State!

HERE'S A NOVEL IDEA...WHY NOT JUST SET UP A REAL BUSINESS WITH A REAL MAILING ADDRESS, SUCH AS THE COMPANY's HQ LOCATION!
