Not very, imho.

Lobby groups,,, not much. Nothing listed in the 2017 Alaska Lobbyists directory (updated Feb 2017)

Anti pebble web sites :
http://www.stoppebblemine.org/. Its dated (lists Parnell as governor) and the sites top 3 ways to stop the mine - Write a letter, eat salmon and tell your friends...kinda sad really.

http://www.savebristolbay.org a little more organized but dose not seem to have a lot of support. Backed by Trout unlimited and a bunch of Bristol Bay companies...go figure. Its more up to date, its latest form letter addresses EPA-R10-OW-2017-0369.

There is an active petiton on Moveon.org https://petitions.moveon.org/sign/epa-administrator-jackson-2 but it is currently 600 signatures shy of its goal of 2000.

Stand For Salmon (https://www.facebook.com/standforsalmon/) had their most recent petition flogged by the Lt. Gov, so its back to the drawing board for those folks. http://mustreadalaska.com/law-department-nixes-petition-salmon/

All in All its quiet on the northern front. There will be more opposition in the future for sure. Winters get cold here so a seething hatred for pebble creates much needed warmth.
