Are you kidding? A legal settlement that ended the fraudulent, dilutive stock trading that was happening last March? NOT FALSE and NOT HYPE. Solid, documented, public news that literally changed the fate of this company. How many shares would be outstanding now if that hadn't happened?

Look at the state of the balance sheet between Q3-16/Q4-16 and Q1-17. Night and day difference.
