Because lots of money involved, everybody got their piece of the pie, you know bribed just like barrack did with those involved in chile.

seems that money talks and bs walks and with this fraud that will soon come out there will be some heads rolling like it or not but not on the MSX side but rather regulators etc...... as they knew what was going on all the time but decided to ignore it

The BCSC is the most useless waste of money organization and I bet that Mr. David Eby will probably have a mess to deal with coming soon to a theatre near you
