OMG fake NEWS - Please provide links to the Underlined False NEWS for proof...

Today's news was one thing - a last effort at saving the stock from crashing.
Remember, a liquor business tends to import, then ship to distributors, then import more, ship again.... so this means that while orders come at all times, most weeks, no product will be shipped to distributors.

Most likely the 1000+ (let's call it 1250) is indeed the best number, but many weeks no product is shipped. Let's be generous and say on average they ship 400 cases a week, so 13 weeks per quarter is 5200 cases x $70 (sorry if the $70 is wrong, I don't recall) gets us to $350k for the quarter - I think they'll come in a bit lower as the reorders are not happening and according to stores, it's not moving off the shelves, but maybe they can still reach $350k due to the new markets.

This was an effort as sending a "strong message" to the markets, but it fails as the number isn't big, and product doesn't ship every week.

TGIF can buy up to 15% of both Bellissima and BiVi combined with a value of 3.5M but have chosen not to exercise their option, and they have insight into how sales are going, so this is still overvalued by about 50%.
