What I am doing is saying that RONIN presented the facts in such a way to us that they might create a WRONG PERCEPTION of things (that have NOTHING to do with PPHM but with OTHER business that said people are (possibly) involved in which are, in that form factor, FAR from conclusive.

That is absolutely wrong. Ronin gave a very factually accurate view of how the BOD has performed, where Bavi stands right now based on its track record of failure in clinical trials, and if Bavi has any clinical value how best to move it forward in a way that benefits current shareholders. What many object to is that Ronin's fact based view doesn't fit the narrative that is/was presented here, which is Bavi is the most amazing drug ever found and is the key to defeating cancer so PPHM holder will become rich beyond their wildest dreams.
