There is a DIFFERENCE between justifying and saying they should have those remunerations and took only the right decisions, etc which I am not saying because I don't see all the cards.

What I am doing is saying that RONIN presented the facts in such a way to us that they might create a WRONG PERCEPTION of things (that have NOTHING to do with PPHM but with OTHER business that said people are (possibly) involved in which are, in that form factor, FAR from conclusive.

This was not PRO Current BoD, but CONTRA RONIN. The more I re-read the stuf the more I distrust RONIN, RONIN's INTENTIONS and RONIN's METHODS to play us.

Actually, given that perceived deception I see him as a DANGER for PPHM and hence my investment.
