Great! MigMe leaving! Ha!!!
Now I'm happy that I no longer hold SPCL shares since I left when found out about the enormous OS after a 'merger' with MigMe who was expected to be issued the majority of the OS.

Then the addition of another 5 Billion shares placed on the Nevada SoS website

coupled with the CEO buying back the voting shares from the former CEO, which made him the voting majority shareholder in SPCL. Should we expect the A/S to be reduced now or issued to someone else?

Another new 8K to be filed? Ha!! What about some update on the SPCL reverse split that was announced and described?

I expected the pps to drop to .0001 before I would consider buying back in so I watched.
