The three most important things in real estate

Location, location, location. California has 40 million people, Nevada has 4 million people, but Las Vegas has 45 million tourists. I would hate to be MJ grower in California... too much competition. Look at Colorado for how depressed MJ prices have become.

PNTV is in the prime location for this business.

Sometimes it is better to know some of the questions, than all of the answers.
