EcoMike told it correctly. The A/S may increase in two weeks and management shows no good reason to delay. The bulk of the A/S will not be issued until close to the purchase payoff time in nearly one year from now with probably a better pps. This action already has the effect in the market. What is also expected is better than offset is the growing value of AW with profits, etc. for which the purchase was done. The bulk of the O/S at that late date will be to 5%+ owners that either will hold or must declare their intentions to sell in advance which gives us all time to react.

Hence, no reason to cry wolf or worry. It is time for business.
