Somebody is going to pay $60M to shareholders for the right to pay another $25M into MZEI bank account and run the company? It never works that way.
Maybe instead, they would pay $25M to MZEI bank account for 400M new shares and give themselves .15 warrants.

The more I think about sterilization with this non corrosive gas, the more I wonder how long it would take to put together a sterilizer.
FDA new guidelines go into effect this week forcing any new scope manufacturer's 510k to prove that they are able to be sterilized so there is a need for this service if it could be built. There is only one that can do this and it doesn't get FDA approval until YE.
There are only a few new scope designs every decade however and the old ones are grandfathered, but the hospitals will dump the old sterilizers if a modern product that can sterilize gets past the FDA eggheads because the list of hospitals facing lawsuits over scope disinfection issues is large.
