goodword88 - I would strongly consider $.15 per share plus a ten year option to purchase one additional share per share for $.15. If another company with appropriate staff, money, legal, marketing, contacts, etc. can then make something out of this technology, I could get back in and basically be in the same position I am now, from an invested capital position, but not be at risk any longer.
