500 million shares is a lot of dilution no matter how it is painted to look.

Those shares go in and the PPS drops.

Are you sure that Spectrum that MVTG is turning into is the same as the one merging with AT&T? That would be pretty unusual for At&T to merge with such a small company. IS that real. It would be nice but is it true?

MVTG will be worth more without the 500 million shares and once that is put on hold the sooner the PPS will move higher.

Investors need to be very certain on what is going on in MVTG.
