When the heat got too hot he passed the company over to Kelvin and Del, they have a real business, and I have heard that Del has a shot at a growers license in Pennsylvania I belive. The whole thing is caught up ib legal now IMO, but the previous value was based on a fake deal that is deader than dead, there are some deals which could be, or may already have been salvaged such as TWYNS, but here is the truth Ken was a liar and a crook, but also a fool, because he was swindled by a series of partners, all of whom made millions. Ken got at least a few hundred k on the books, and who knows how much under the table, I believe Del wants this badly because it provides evidence that he has the means to finance his operation in P.A. and may enable him to put up less cash, but who knows when it will be resolved. I have sold all my shares but may buy back in if the legal stuff starts to resolve.
Good luck to you, but do not buy any shares based on the distant past, find out what Del and Kelvin have planned, and also beware because we don't really know much about Del Riley, but it's hard to see anything but up from here, if (and it's a big if) things get resolved.
