I expect Chanbond to win at trial. My concern is the CAFC, which has components of a kangeroo court when it comes to IP infringement. Also, I have no plans to own here past any share price blast like VHC got after the 1st win. Anyone that wants to wait around to final resolution deserves a $3 cash in vs $40.
