Cisco 13 didnt argue the real case in the depo. They locked Scottie into answers on the various wording and phrases in the patent. They intend to confuse, re-interpret, change intentions and meanings of each word and phrase in the patent. They will attempt to show the patent covers a very broad form of RF signal, and thus unpatentable. They were having some success getting Scottie not to answer a direct question- his opinions were not answers. In court, they will hammer him and confuse him, now that they know his answers from the depo.
