A poster wrote this:

Then when it was pointed out that the company diluted into the market, the same poster wrote this:

Then, when the indisputable facts were presented,

... the poster admitted that the company DID in fact raise money.

"They reduced debt more than likely."
In the poster's opinion, mind you, not "more than likely." There is no evidence that they exchanged shares to reduce debt. We have no idea where that money went and it is wishful thinking at best to assume it went to reducing debt.
