I honestly don't recall the conditions on the warrant or which ones are remaining out there. Some warrants can be exercised at any time, european warrants can only be exercised on expiration date.

Warrants can theoretically have other contingencies in place as they are contractually more open than options. I seem to recall these were warrants as part of a comp plan or exit or something so there is a high chance there is a stricter exercise period. In big board companies, warrant details/gearing info is easy to find. Not sure what these are, but a good rule of thumb is to make the assumption that they can be exercised at any point unless specifically noted and to write it into the share structure and liability.

In this case these warrants are somewhat meaningless long term IMO. People here like to talk about them to try to explain short term PPS movement, but in reality, it doesn't really matter to a long only investor in lqmt.
