I don't think its so much his reputation which would imply his past... 2 reverse splits, 10 years as a failed company, no sustained investor value increase ever... but more about the actions that he's taking today, that unfortunately mirror his past indiscretions to only benefit himself. I think many didn't know his past or his reputation before they invested here but his actions as of present are proving to be scammy and self serving. He had most of the investors confidence and trust but he blew it by taking care of only himself.... again. This shed light on the POS CEO that apparently he always has been... he had a chance to change all that and create a new perception for himself but he chose to stick with what he knows best. Bilking the investor to pay himself.
