Ok F1ash, you have finnaly compelled me to ask some questions of Anavex IR:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I very firmly understand from previous PR, Presentations and the latest 10-Q, that 3 trials will be initiated this year with potential read out in early 2018. The deceases being targeted by these trials; Alzheimers’s, Rett and Parkinson’s, are in dire need of a better stand of care and I am encouraged by the science and the advisors that Anavex is working with.

As a long-term investor in Anavex, I do however increasingly have some concerns:

1) The Alzheimer’s P2/3 trial has been stated as in planning since the presentation at the July 2016 AAIC. As yet no new trial design and protocol has been filed, or at least not been published by the FDA. Is it still realistic to see any, or even all of these, trials initiated this year?

2) No Alzheimer’s extension study data has been forthcoming beyond the original phase-2 part A and B data presented at the AACI 2016, except 52 week data being a fixture of all the more recent presentations. Nevertheless, extension study data beyond 52 weeks (57 weeks including P2 part A) must by now be available presumably for the 18 months point. Extension study data has been promised ever since July 2016, except notably not in the 10-Q just filed.

“NEW YORK, NY – July 29, 2016 …Anavex confirms that there has been no change with regards to its science, data or the fundamentals of the Company. Anavex remains dedicated to advancing ANAVEX 2-73 and will be reporting new data to investors as it becomes available.”

What is the rationale for withholding further extension study data?

3) The next action on the Anavex lists of catalysts has for a long time been the release of PK/PD data. When is this data likely to be released?

Remaining committed and keen to see much needed progress for patients and their families.
